- The courier company will not allow you to open the package before payment. We kindly ask that you do not request the delivery person to open the package before payment, as this is against the COD rules in Pakistan.
- As a customer, you have the right to return or exchange the package, but this can only be done after you have paid and confirmed receipt with the courier.
- If you wish to return the package, please notify us after making the payment. You will need to send the package back to us at your own expense for the return.

If you’re not happy with your purchase, simply return it within 7 days. We will process your exchange within 5 days of receiving the returned item.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchange Procedure:
Take a picture of the defective part of the item.
Pack the item back in its original packaging.
Email us a picture of the defect at nisasuits@gmail.com and inform us that you wish to return or exchange the item.
We will provide you with the return address.
Visit your local courier to send the package to the provided address.
Once we receive the package, we will process the exchange.
Note: A free exchange is only possible if there is a visible defect in the item; otherwise, courier charges will apply.
Refund Policy:
